Linda Velez is our office manager and is in charge of billing. She has extensive experience both in the chiropractic and medical front/back office care. Linda has been with us for over three years, and had initially started with our office through the Palm Springs High School R.O.P. program. She is fluent is Spanish, and can read and write in that language as well. Lourdes Soto Lourdes is our front desk representative. Along with her warm smile and friendly customer service, she is here to help meet your needs and make your experience, in-office or over the phone, a pleasant one. Lourdes can answer any question you have, help set your next appointment and with previous experience in a medical billing office, she can also help with any billing questions you may have. Lourdes is also fluent in Spanish and can read and write in Spanish as well, making it just as easy for her to help serve our Hispanic patients, equally.
